No matter how many times I stay in this place, the re is no way I can feel at home. The facilities may be as avaerage as you would expect in a city like São Paulo that doesn’t stand out for having good, comfortable business hotels. Nevertheless, from never making feel welcome back, to not giving you any status detail. “First time with us”, despite having stayed here dozens of times in the last few years and being a Accor member. Above that, the hotel is cold and has no personality.

Good location, good services, but expensive e food quality is average. Is a good option to business acommodation, but for vacation and family, for example, there are better options. Breakfast can be better.

Excellent localization, room and staff

This hotel has an excellent localization in the city, spacious rooms and the staff is very helpful and polite. I was very pleased with the roof pool, the welcome drink and the garage service, quick and did not have all the red tape the other hotels have with check-in and check-out tickets and such: the reception desk would phone in and ask to bring my car directly, much quicker.

I really enjoyed this Mercure, better than the others that I use to stay. People are very kind and the breakfast is very good. The room is fare enough and the location is near one of the major streets in São Paulo.

Terrible evenings

Attention, quality etc was Accor average, this is why I keep Accor fidelity membership. However, the other guests (a group which I could not identify), the external noise coming from a bar close to the hotel and men at work crossing the street starting 11:30 pm up to 3:30 am the whole week, associated with the very poor room sound-avoidance acoustic finishing transformed this trip into one of the very bad experience while traveling for business I ever had.

Everything was good except for the price of food and beer, both were very expensive. One long neck (Stela)12,00 BRL! The breakfast 52,00 BRL for two people, it's too much in my opinion. It'd be a great ideia to rethink about it. Brazil has been living a crisis moment. The worst in its History.

Good for the Business Traveler

The hotel is unquestionably an Accor standard hotel. You know what to expect. It's comfortable, clean and spacious. This particular Mercure is undergoing some renovations on the outside which have given it a bit of a downward look. Hope this can be solved quickly. It is very well located for the business traveler but not so good for the regular tourist visitor.

Good noise hotel

The hotel has the quality that I expect of Mercure, but the place around the hotel has a lot of building constructions. Lot of trucks and cranes even at night. It´s not easy to sleep with this noise. Be prapered to wake up early too. At seven, noise come back.

I used to stay in this hotel and I have already done one review. During this last visit I got quite impress with the new room that I stayed. Everything new, comfortable and cool. I do recommend this hotel. Its location is also really good.

The hotel itself is very appealing and clean with friendly and helpful staff. Both the room and bathroom are clean and the bed is quite comfortable. Food at the hotel is reasonably priced and quite good, especially the dinner. I tried the picanha with garlic and it turned out a lot better than I expected.

Very good hotel. I advise this place if you want a hotel to be comfortable and calm location to expend your weekend, the installations are good, the swimming pool have a nice view. The service is very good.

The whole service was excellent!. The rooms were pretty clean. Take note that the building is kind of old. The food was excellent! The location was very near to all my meetings. Thanks for everuthing! I will return to this hotel!
