Another day in the office

No matter how many times I stay in this place, the re is no way I can feel at home. The facilities may be as avaerage as you would expect in a city like São Paulo that doesn’t stand out for having good, comfortable business hotels. Nevertheless, from never making feel welcome back, to not giving you any status detail. “First time with us”, despite having stayed here dozens of times in the last few years and being a Accor member. Above that, the hotel is cold and has no personality.

Good location, good services, but expensive e food quality is average. Is a good option to business acommodation, but for vacation and family, for example, there are better options. Breakfast can be better.

Excellent localization, room and staff

This hotel has an excellent localization in the city, spacious rooms and the staff is very helpful and polite. I was very pleased with the roof pool, the welcome drink and the garage service, quick and did not have all the red tape the other hotels have with check-in and check-out tickets and such: the reception desk would phone in and ask to bring my car directly, much quicker.

I really enjoyed this Mercure, better than the others that I use to stay. People are very kind and the breakfast is very good. The room is fare enough and the location is near one of the major streets in São Paulo.

Not as smart as it looks in the pictures

We chose this to attend the F1 GP as it was close to a train station only 4 stops from GP Circuit stop. It's quite scruffy though (especially bathroom) with really poor breakfast (highlight Nespresso machine, low lights single junior sandwich maker as a toaster and watery OJ). Could not honestly recommend. One day didn't even get room cleaned. Not cheap either.
