Excellent staff-everyone was very helpful. The room was clean and we had no problems. The area has lots of bars and restaurants- international fare from Africa, India, Taiwan…..

However, we regret to hear about the challenges you faced with the coffee machine and the wait time during check-in. While our check-in process is designed to be efficient, we will certainly look into ways to expedite it further. Regarding the coffee machine, we offer daily replenished Nespresso pods in our Executive rooms, and we are more than willing to assist with any equipment issues promptly. We will also take into account your feedback on meal pricing, as we aim to provide options that represent both quality and value. Finally, we are pleased that you found our location to be convenient. The beds are not that comfortable The furniture is outdated and all old fabric They only give you one till per room Most of the mini fridges don’t work Breakfast is overpriced

In regards to the in-room amenities, our minibars are intended for convenience, and we regret any inconvenience you experienced if they did not function as expected. We understand the importance of these details in enhancing our guests' comfort and will look into your comments. We also note your feedback on the temperature control in your room. While we adhere to local environmental regulations that influence the temperature settings, we do offer individual controls and additional fans to ensure our guests' comfort.
