Well situated Hotel - However the toilet was separate without a sink?

The room temperature couldn't be adjusted and was set at 18°C, which was uncomfortable. Room 216 had the toilet separate from the bathroom, which felt strange. You had to walk through the bedroom just to wash your hands, which isn’t ideal or hygienic, especially in the 21st century...

While we are glad you found our location to be ideal, we apologize for any inconvenience you experienced due to the separate toilet without a sink. In regards to the room temperature, we apologize if it was not to your comfort level. Our rooms have individual climate controls, and we also offer additional fans upon request during the summer. It was not bad, location is good , they should find a solution for the ventilation in the room especially no windows at all.

Regarding the ventilation in the room, we acknowledge that the unique design of some of our Standard Rooms does not feature opening windows, however, we do have Executive Rooms with terraces for guests who prefer access to fresh air. Rooms fairly small though

Our central location, close to Lake Geneva and various attractions, is indeed one of the highlights we are proud of. However, we understand that you found our rooms to be on the smaller side. For future visits, you might appreciate our Superior rooms which offer more space and additional amenities. Stayed here for two nights, family of 4. Great location and friendly staff at reception and in the restaurant during breakfast. Dasa at reception was awesome and very helpful (she was there everyday during our stay, and was very patient with all our questions 🙂). If anything, at night after 7pm didn’t feel safe walking outside with the family. Group of dodgy looking people hanging around trying to sell drugs. Need to do something about it. Other than that great stay and if we are in Geneva again we will stay here.

All in all a good experience. The breakfast was very good. The bed was quite hard, and it was only possible to get a double duvet. There was also a bit of noice from the street

Our beds are designed to provide support and we offer different pillows to enhance your sleep experience. We regret that the double duvet was not to your preference; we have a range of bedding options to suit different needs. In regards to the street sounds, our hotel is indeed located in a vibrant part of the city, and while we have soundproofing measures such as double glazing windows and offer earplugs upon request, we are sorry that noise was a disturbance during your stay. For a future visit, requesting a room on a higher floor or the courtyard side might provide a quieter experience. Finally, we are pleased that you found our location to be convenient.
