Hi, Thank you very much for your honest feedback on your stay. We are very pleased that you enjoyed our hotel, the breakfast and the garden - the garden in particular is appreciated by many guests as a small green oasis. We are aware of the issue that we have insufficient cooling capacity in a few rooms and that this is a limitation in the current temperatures of around 30 degrees. We very much regret this, but we are now counteracting it with mobile devices and will soon have full cooling capacity in all our guest rooms again. We are prioritising this. Dear guest, Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback! We are pleased that you were satisfied with the size of the room, the cleanliness, the breakfast and our service. We take your comments about the sleeping comfort on the sofa bed seriously and will look into how we can make improvements here. We are aware of the issue that we have insufficient cooling capacity in a few rooms and that this is a limitation in the current temperatures of around 30 degrees.
