10 stars isn’t enough stars to rate this resort. This was a world class, 5 star, amazing resort. Probably one of my most favourite places I’ve ever stayed at. The staff simply couldn’t do enough for you, and they were super polite including front reception, management, concierge, cleaners, groundskeepers and restaurant staff. We felt like we were treated like royalty and couldn’t have asked for better service anywhere. From the welcome at our arrival until we left, we were always greeted and welcomed by everyone. The grounds were beautiful, serene and well kept. The pool was huge and a great place to wind down and relax. If we ever come back to Siem Reap, this will definitely be our first choice for accommodation.
