Had an amazing stay at this beautiful resort. From the very beginning the service at this Sofitel was beyond reproach! The airport pick up service was ultra professional, the drivers uniform was very impressive, including a hat and white gloves. The check in staff were amazing also. I informed them I would be celebrating my birthday there and they offered me an upgrade to a suite! The suite was stunning. I was also surprised to find a birthday cake in my room after we had enjoyed my birthday dinner. The breakfast in the resort is one of the best we have ever experienced! We also asked the staff to arrange a tour of the local temples for us. Again another perfect experience, the driver was again dressed impeccably and the tour guide they arranged for us was great and very knowledgeable. Overall this report is definitely a 10 out of 10!

After 17 days moving through Vietnam and Cambodia, tge two days at the hotel was excellent. Short walks, excellent food, welcoming pool and swim up bar.

I am absolutely blown away by the incredible hospitality at the Sofitel Siem Reap! As a returning guest, I expected a wonderful stay, but the team here completely exceeded my expectations.

I also have small feedback. The return of deposited US100 is very late. I have not received my money back after a week of check out. This made me worried and follow up to reception. I suggest the hotel shall improve this service and return deposit money to guests less than 3 days.

This Sofitel is exceptional both for the setting, the neat decoration, the indoor park, the huge pool, the bar and the rooms. The breakfast is delicious. The welcome and service are incomparable. We spent five very relaxing days at Sofitel Angkor Phokeethra. We loved everything about the hotel. From the moment we arrived at the hotel we were made to feel like we were the only people who mattered. We loved our suite, the surroundings, the staff and the food. Nothing was too much trouble.
