We enjoyed our 2 night stay here and wished we stayed longer. Everything about the resort is stunning. Our room was superb, quiet and so comfortable. The pool area was so relaxing but more shade over the pool would make it more usable during the day as it was very hot. The dining areas were lovely and picturesque. Stunning walkways around the lake. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice. Staff were amazing and went out of there way to make sure we had an exceptional stay. Thank you

The staff was super attentive and the room was great. The transportation to the golf course and back was convenient. The lighting control is quite outdated and flipping 8 switches every night to go to bed is a bit of a hassle. I didn't enjoy the breakfast food options.

Had an amazing stay at this beautiful resort. From the very beginning the service at this Sofitel was beyond reproach! The airport pick up service was ultra professional, the drivers uniform was very impressive, including a hat and white gloves. The check in staff were amazing also. I informed them I would be celebrating my birthday there and they offered me an upgrade to a suite! The suite was stunning. I was also surprised to find a birthday cake in my room after we had enjoyed my birthday dinner. The breakfast in the resort is one of the best we have ever experienced! We also asked the staff to arrange a tour of the local temples for us. Again another perfect experience, the driver was again dressed impeccably and the tour guide they arranged for us was great and very knowledgeable. Overall this report is definitely a 10 out of 10!

Beautiful property but I can’t get past the added service charge not disclosed at the time of booking, the excessive credit card hold at checkin, and the impounding of luggage while leaving as though they need another guarantee you are not skipping out on payment.

After 17 days moving through Vietnam and Cambodia, tge two days at the hotel was excellent. Short walks, excellent food, welcoming pool and swim up bar. The staff were wonderful...attentive and friendly. It is somewhere I would stay again.

I am absolutely blown away by the incredible hospitality at the Sofitel Siem Reap! As a returning guest, I expected a wonderful stay, but the team here completely exceeded my expectations. They went out of their way to print and frame a picture of me, accompanied by a delicious cheesecake and beautiful lotus flowers, just to say "welcome back" and to congratulate me on my recent promotion. It was such a deeply touching and thoughtful gesture. Thank you to the amazing staff especially Sinat for making me feel so incredibly special and celebrated.
