Feels like home! Fantastic crew led by an effective and genuine GM and her deputy. We intend to stay longer, even owning a big apartment in Sao Paulo. During the quarantine, a plus is the B/Side Restautant room service with tasty and healthy comfort food.

I would HIGHLY Recommend this property to anyone visiting Sao Paulo! I especially Recommend this Apt/Hotel for those that are staying more than 3 days! The hotel is located in the Brooklin barrio (area) of Sao Paulo which is extremely safe with much to see and has everything one needs as far as restaurants/pharmacies/banks/markets to fulfill your needs and desires! The Hotels staff is extremely kind and everyone from the Security department to front desk staff and housekeeping All take pride in making your stay as comfortable & secure as possible! Each unit has a balcony, a separate & comfortable bedroom and kitchen as well as very good wifi! The kitchen comes with everything provided & necessary to cook and make any and all meals you wish to prepare with nice stove and full sized refrigerator! A supermarket is but a 5 minute walk! Having a separate kitchen, bath and living room which has cable tv and 48 inch LG televisions in both the bedroom & living room make this Apthotel feel as comfortable as you can while away from home! A separate laundry area is available as well! It is extremely clean, extremely safe and extremely secure! The desk staff speak English as well as Portuguese for those English speaking folks, and they treated me as nice and with the utmost respect when i Traveled this time Solo as when I traveled there with my Brazilian wife and kid! The price is extremely good for all you receive to include a wonderful daily breakfast! We stayed as a family last December & I Stayed Solo this time in June for 10 days, and highly recommend to All! I wish to say thank you to All Employees of this hotel for their kindness & for making me feel at home! Obrigado por todo!

Great size the room but the bed I beleive is too small for tall people. But was ok. The location is really amazing and the restaurant downstair in the same building was great and easy to order a food to delivery. The waitress was great LUIZ and GABRIEL. Fast delivery in our room. Always with a big smile!

Première impression en sortant du taxi: une entrée grillagée d'immeuble et un petit panneau Mercure. Bref, inutile de vous attendre à un beau hall d'hôtel après cela. A la réception, on m'a demandé de payer la totalité de mon séjour à l'avance alors que ma réservation était modifiable 24h à l'avance. Les chambres sont en fait des studios composés d'une cuisine américaine ouverte sur un petit salon, d'une minuscule salle de douche (mesdames, ce n'est pas glamour), d'une petite chambre d'enfant et d'une chambre adulte avec un grand placard. Les fenêtres des chambres ne ferment pas correctement, alors mieux vaut ne pas avoir peur et prendre de bons bouchons pour les oreilles. Il fait un bruit assourdissant dehors toute la nuit, même en étage élevé. Le petit déjeuner est correct, avec des fruits frais, des viennoiseries, des oeufs, etc. La salle de sport est petite et les appareils vieux. La piscine est ridicule. Points positifs: le studio était propre et le portier de l'immeuble sympathique. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel.

Les chambres sont propres et pratiques pour celui qui veut y cuisiner. Mais l'hotel donne sur le "periph" de la ville et les fenêtres ne sont pas adaptées. Dur de se reposer dans cette ambiance. restaurant petit, mais quartier plutot animé. Pas tres adapaté au voyage de court sejour sans besoin de cuisiner. avec besoin de se dormir.
