Showered worked but showerhead was damaged. Booking was for 2 but bed and towels were for one. The top buck had a pillow we could use and towels were available downstairs as self service. Biggest drawback, on a Sunday at 6:30 am doors starting slamming and cleaning service was starting. Best feature, the rooms are basic but clean and very affordable with free parking.

For a "Budget hotel" I thought it was expensive for what it was.. It was clean I'll say that for it but the bed was as bad as the travel lodges in England & I didn't sleep at all.. Staff were very nice.. Breakfast was standard European & I just had a boiled egg in the end.. Would I use again? No because of the bed being so bad.

Our one night stay was good and the staff were helpful. Reliable tram service made it easy to get to from the main train station to the tram stop near Ibis Budget. I would mention though that reception is only open from 7am-11am and then 5pm-10pm (as we read on the front door but didn't see on the website). Fortunately for us, we arrived within the time when reception was open - otherwise you'll have to wait in the garden or small foyer. (No problem if you have a good book or want to rest for a bit) :)
