I thought the building was starting to look pretty dated and the service in the Bar and Restaurant was fairly average. Probably wouldn't stay there again.

Friendly, helpful staff made the experience great after a long flight. Noise from outside the building disturbed my sleep, so I down rated because of that. The morning coffee was excellent in the restaurant.

Found it confusing to get in with the combined Ibis entrance. Novotel branding and entrance wasn’t obvious to me. Also, being notified at check in of the additional cost for parking was disappointing - wasn’t obvious during booking that I would need to pay $23 for the night - may have been in the small print but didn’t read it.

Check in good, friendly staff Room, just OK, tidy but dated now. Bed upgrade would be good as there was a hollow in it. Restaurant meal wait time was extensive for single meal. Salad arrived 25 minutes before the main. The main course of lamb rum and croquette was cold, so I sent it back to kitchen. Front of house staff were polite and attentive, but meal wait time and cold food was a let-down. Sorry to say, the breakfast was not much better. Overall, the property is in a convenient location for me, the hotel is becoming dated. Staff interactions were pleasant. A few tweaks and attention to the catering and overall feeling would be better.
