Very convenient to Auckland rail transport, the lounge area is very nice for having pre dinner drinks and overall the hotel creates a pleasant stay. The meals we had in the restaurant were very enjoyable and the staff are super friendly

Always pleasant. Hot food on buffet especially breakfast was not kept hot enough, some lids were open and no heating on others. Rodriguez is a top waiter

Although the hotel was next to the Ascot Mercy Hospital and therefore the location was great - it was a very noisy room with younger guests talking/yelling very loudly at night and running up and down the corridor, as well as the room being located over a service door so that each time somebody used this door, the windows rumbled as the door banged shout.
