Insufficient choice on dinner menu for smaller meals. Breakfast did not have enough fresh fruit with cereals.

Very tired rooms with ripped carpet, did not feel very clean and there was someone else's hair in the bed. The cleaner barged in at 8.30 in the morning unannounced, not entirely her fault, as my room was mistakenly on the list of checked out rooms. As a gold All Accor+ member no effort was made to provide any of the benefits of membership. Will not return to this hotel.

Warm welcome at reception but unfortunately the room and the facilities withing the room were very disappointing. The showerhead and tap handle were both loose, the bed tended to move across the carpet and the room itself was very small. Whilst these are relatively minor issues, it is hard to find many positives except that the price was good, but I wouldn't say that the price reflected other than slightly lower than expected value.

Great hotel, satisfied with what was on offer.

Initially we were allocated room 802. This room is not suitable for guests as it vibrates with the sound of the buildings heating/air conditioning units, or something similar. My request for a room change was acknowledged and we moved for our final 2 nights, to a far more comfortable room, which we appreciated.
