Noisy, run down and small

The lift was right next to my room - I thought it was train noises at first. The walls are thin, the place is run down. Bathroom and shower cubicle were small, kept knocking things over while shampooing, drying off etc, no bench space. Water leaked from shower to tile to carpet which remained damp the entire stay. No slippers. The taps were installed poorly so adjusting water temp took a while. Overall quite unpleasant.

Good stay. Only one problem the shampoo bottle on the wall in the shower did not work which was somewhat inconvenient.

The location is amazing and the check in staff were great. The score is reflected in the poor servicing of the room and the cleanliness of the room. I have stayed at many Accor properties and this was the worst. I spent two nights at the hotel due to work when I arrived the toilet in my room was dirty. The next day I arrived back to the hotel late and my room was not serviced. Would not stay again.

Our current cleaning policy is to service rooms every 3rd day, but I completely agree that the toilet should have been clean upon your arrival. room was not clean up during my stay except on the 2nd last day. was offer to have a bottle of wine for not cleaning up the room, but did not receive the wine.
