Very disappointed that our room was not serviced the 5 days we were there. We had to ask for a change of towels, garbage to be emptied and toilet paper replenished. They bought clean towels once by request but left the dirty towels in our bathroom. With the rates you pay at these places some service should be given to the rooms especially in 5 days. Very disappointed!!

Aircon fan was excessively noisy, shower temperature was impossible to control, room wasn't serviced during the day.

Have been staying here for over 5 years when in Melbourne. Travelled for work mainly and had two bookings back to back - one for work (2 nights) & one for leisure (2 nights). This was communicated by our Corporate Traveller and I called the hotel myself to confirm that I would be in the same room continuously. On the Wed morning whilst I was still working in my room, I had two porters knock on my door telling me I had to check out and leave the room. I explained the situation and they said that was not noted anywhere and again tried to tell me to pack up. I advised I wanted to make a complaint and was called by a lady from Mercure/Pullman who advised I did the correct thing but there had been a breakdown in communications. She kindly arranged for complimentary breakfast for me to apologise which I thank her for. All in all, it wasn’t the best stay here and I’m not sure if I will return as an Accor member.
