Everything was good however the air conditioner was not functioning well and I asked to repair it and they showed up but did not actually repair it The controlling unit was not working and the sound was too loud and if it turned on it would freeze the room and the only way was to stop it and face the warm weather This was really a bad experience

The receptionist refused to give a late check for 2 or 1 hour more, we just got only half an hour.

The first time in Mercure Ismalia, nice location with professional employees. Huge green area for kids they can enjoy the spaces and succulent food. The swimming pool with an infinity view. The suites are big and well maintained.

The check in done in few minutes, the rooms is clean and elegant with amazing lake view. It is a very good Villa indeed, a few improvements could make it make amazing much more. using Solar Power Heaters instead of Electrical ones, Providing Food & Beverages items list in the Villa. The most significant weak point that the whole villa take just one large bottle of Water daily !!!!!!
