Mercure Ismailia hotel is my faverate place for accomodation. When reaching,you will see a very helpful staff members finishing your check in within few minutes in a very safe atmosphere against covid 19. An a mazing elegant and clean room with a special see or garden view. A distinguished resturant with location on the swimming pool. The garden has many facilities for children. It is a very special place for relaxation.

everything is good, but when i asked for water bottle they said "you only have a one bottle every day and then you have to pay to get another one." it made me angry because it's already cost 5EGP

The hotel is very bad. I did not manage to have a hot shower as there was no Hot water.The bathroom had shampoo which was refilled manually as the seal of shampoo was removed. I had an awful stay at that hotel.

I don't understand the conflict that always happen between ALL-Accor Live and the hotel's reservation, I booked a junior suite over ALL-Accor website, hotel advised me that they had the booing but with wrong dates, so, Junior Suite is not available. They upgraded me to Villa, but unfortunately, the lock of the main terrace was broken, so, I couldn't sleep for two nights, we asked for the maintenance, front desk get the request but no feed back till we departed. Internet Router wasn't configured as well.

Location of the hotel is perfect. Staff is very friendly. Quality of the food is good except for the garden cafè. I liked that the reception desk informed me about the ongoing maintenance activities before check in. Overall experience is very good.
