1.The room had a malfunctional toilet, even after reporting to the cleaning team, it was not fixed. 2.The carpets need to be scrubbed with shampoo not jst the vacuum. There are some stains on 4th floor carpet .Perhaps carpet can be changed because they seem to be old(maybe it's not just my color preference!!) 3. Limited variety in the menu. I suggest a day in the week for Egyptian cuisine especially when there are many non-resident visitors. Even the fruits were the same everyday

I well it was the 3rd time staying at your place. The view and location is perfect…but unfortunately the rooms are not in the best condition anymore. And the food not the best. I was really disappointed by the breakfast buffet, the choice were very limited and I only got butter after I asked for it. No one asked me for coffee or tea.. this was all a bit unsatisfying. I am thinking to try next time the new de Lesseps hotel
