Stayed Ibis Budapest for short break. Good location with walking distance to lots attraction, shopping area. Breakfast menu to be improve.

I recently had a terrible stay at the IBIS Hotel. Throughout my stay, I was asked to move rooms over five times due to a malfunctioning air conditioning system. Despite my repeated complaints, the hotel's management was uncooperative and displayed a poor attitude. Eventually, they admitted to having issues with the air conditioning but offered to refund only half of my money if I checked out without staying the night. This experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing.

This hotel was exceptional with the location, the staff and the breakfast It’s location in the center and helpful that they have private parking The hotel is clean the rooms they gave me big and comfortable For sure clean The staff kind and helpful they help me at first in upgrade the rooms and helpful in explaining where and how to go Al time morning and evening The breakfast was excellent and exceptional compared with the hotel from Marseille and Madrid I hope I can visit the hotel again
