for our purpose, its location is very convenient. we have parking and several restaurants and shops nearby. room is simple, not so modern but clean. staff at the reception (for check-in/out) is insufficient.

Visiting Center Norte conference the best choice is Novotel, nearby to expo (walking or Uber) and also close to shopping center. Breakfast is chaotic specially during conference because prepared!! The hotel is big many rooms, the rooms are ok no issues. Busy when expos are happening.

Good stay overall, very well located hotel with the mall being right next to it and lots of car rentals nearby. Small issue: the shampoo bottle in the room I satyed at was nearly empty. Small issue 2: I decided to give this stay myself as a birthday gift and warned the front desk about it during check in, but no birthday offerings.
