Well located, I got to go by foot from the bus station to the hotel, took only 3min. I was well received, everything explained and had a good night sleep.

Had some issues with the lock-box not being reset after the previous tenant but otherwise, good hotel. Rooms were quaint but usable. Air conditioner struggled but it was ok. Floor was mostly quiet.
