Pergamon SP Frei Caneca is ideal for those looking to enjoy São Paulo to the fullest. Good Room but Worst Service. That's Unfortunate!

This is my very first time to have the worst experience during the stay in one of the Accor hotels. I had to face a terrible service from the hotel with additional charged price at the end of my check out. I have booked twin room and which supposed to be able to stay for two persons. But again, the real problem happened with this hotel. They charged me because they said twin bed room can only for one person. If two persons staying then additional charges. Two different staffs mentioned different price and at end the manager came out without even considering the real problem, but straight to the point that we as customer are the one created the problem. This is hilarious and i will ensure myself to be more careful and not even a chance to recommend this hotel to everyone.
