Comfortable room with good layout. Pool area very luxurious. Breakfast food good quality. Only slight issues due to renovations underway and noise. Minor issue with busy breakfast on last day - staff couldn’t keep all tables set with plates and cutlery and glasses which wasn’t ideal.

Comfortable stay in modern room. Weren’t aware of ongoing construction works prior to our visit. Great pool area and guest facilities. Breakfast buffet was mediocre.

We booked this hotel and upgraded to a deluxe room specifically for a bathtub in the room, but there are no tubs in the premises. We were very disappointed to pay extra for a listed amenity that did no exist. While the staff wanted to be helpful, tjey were intrusive and entered our room without consent while we were sleeping and showering. We were not informed this hotel had ongoing construction work before or after the tome of booking, and the online price of the room, which was confirmed by email that it included all taxes and fees, was nkt the same amount at checkout with the local city tax being extremely higher than what was listed on the official hotel booking site. Our room was not the most accessible given both guests have a vision impairment and the toom was not located near the elevator or to main entrance. Overall the most disappointing stay for our time in Morocco, despite this being the only 5 star hotel we booked. Thus was supposed to be a big splurge for us but did not feel we got the advertised quality for how much we spent.

ok so arrived at this hotel stayed Tuesday to Friday they had renovation work going on which we had no clue about. They didn’t inform us. The outside pool was not heated so had to pay $20 each to use a heated pool in another hotel as this was a five star. I thought the mini bar would be free to help ourselves too but no there was a charge I ate at the beach restaurant on the first night had a chicken club sandwich with egg that night I was violently sick had food poisoning. I asked for two single beds. I had a double. in which I had to share with my daughter it stated on the booking there was a bath but we had a shower which was disappointing as I was really looking forward to a nice warm bath. Best thing about the hotel was probably the breakfast definitely wouldn’t stay again much nicer hotels in morocco that I’ve stayed in.
