We are truly sorry that your stay did not fully reflect the level of recognition and hospitality you expected. After check with reception, we would, however, like to clarify that during your stay we were pleased to extend several Platinum benefits to you. For Room 235, we prepared a Platinum welcome gift along with our VIP amenities, offered a complimentary minibar, and granted a late check-out to provide you with greater comfort. In addition, we were pleased to accommodate the 7th guest free of chargeas a gesture of goodwill. Regarding the room upgrade, please note that upgrades are always subject to availability at the time of arrival. We sincerely regret that we were unable to provide the next room category during your stay. We are also sorry if there was any misunderstanding regarding the room occupancy information or the minibar policy. Your comments have been shared with our team to ensure that communication is clearer and that every ALL Platinum member feels genuinely recognized and valued throughout their stay.
