The hotel room was a good size, everything worked and it was very clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and staff were extremely helpful. It was about a 10minute walk to Vieux lyon which suited us fine to be away from the crowds. We alos appreciated the welcome drink.

Warm welcome by the reception at our arrival. We were able to check in a little early which was much appreciated. The staff at the bar were equally kind. The rooms were compact (normal for a hotel in the direct city centre) but well organised. All staff I met spoke perfect English (much appreciated by my family who didn’t speak french). I’ll be sure to reserve here again in the future, I highly recommend this hotel. Big thanks to all the team for giving my family such a good experience in Lyon.
