Our room was large, bathroom had nice amenities. The staff was helpful and pleasant. Terrific location near all kinds of shopping, restaurants and points of interest. This was our second stay at the Hotel Carlton and we will return.

The room was spacious, but the pillows were too soft. The refrigerator cupboard could not be closed tightly, which was somewhat annoying The light control was only available on one side of the bed. The staff, especially at reception and valet, were great and very helpful, while the lady at the bar was not so friendly.
