Close to many sights, restaurants, shopping. Roomy by Parisian standards, rooms are lovely. Had window on the street overlooking Sorbonne. Quiet considering it is so close to some main streets. Our second time here, first time was with a Rick Steves tour. Great choice.

I had high expectations as I am a diamond member of the group, but was a little disappointed. I thought we would get on of the front rooms but we didn't. Usually there is a note welcoming to the room, which I know adds no value, but its a nice touch I always appreciate. I was also told that my "free drink" voucher was only usable on a glass of wine and soft drinks, which is new... Ultimately I booked with the group because I had a lot of points and have rated you for the service received but felt like just a regular customer that was staying with you for the first time!

My experience was very pleasant and this comes down to the excellent service provided by the reception staff. The room was on the small side, which isn’t a surprise in Paris, but with good quality furniture. The items in the bathroom very sufficient but basic and short on quantity (the Kleenex box was almost empty to start with). 2-sheet writing pad with no pen was a letdown. Overall, good quality, but I’d come to expect better from my Accor stays. I reiterate, excellent staff: kind, serviceable, prompt.

This Mercure has the feel of a boutique hotel. Our room with a double bed and large comfy chair was spacious by Paris standards. It faced the courtyard and was very quiet. We will definitely stay here again. The location is great too.
