Hotel very well located, staff friendly and helpful, and an enjoyable stay.However I felt the toilet skirting board’s were very dusty & the towels were not a good standard, quite hard. This is a comparison to Mercure Beaune. Also my wife personally doesn’t like the Nuxe Miel shower gel, it would be helpful if she had a soap option.

This is not a four star hotel. There is no restaurant, no bar, the breakfast “room” is so small. The one day we wanted to have breakfast in the hotel it was impossible due to the overcrowding.

Nous regrettons d'apprendre que votre expérience n'a pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes, notamment en ce qui concerne notre service du petit-déjeuner. En effet dans les heures de pointe, il est plus difficile de trouver une place dans notre salle petit-déjeuner, celle-ci étant proportionnelle à l'hôtel et à son emplacement e centre ville, or nous avons également d'autres tables à disposition de nos clients en dehors de la salle petit déjeuner principale. The hotel public areas were dirty, carpets on stairs and entrance were not clean, linen trolleys on every landing obstructing exit routes and room maintenance poor. Not what I would expect for a privilege room in an expensive Mercure Hotel. I will not be using Mercure Hotels again.
