We have had 2 separate one night visits to this hote recently. The hotel is clean, the room is compact but well appointed with everything you need. The tea/coffee making facilities are particularly welcome after a long drive. Staff are friendly and helpful, and dealt very promptly with a problem we had on our second visit. We will come again for sure

Room was nice and clean.came on coach trip with caledonian.check in a night mare and meal time unorganized.extortionate bar prices almost £9 for a glass of wine.breakfast lovely and better planned.dont think they should cater for coaches

However,We have informed Tour Operator about dinner organization, splitting the group into two slots and times of those slots and they have agreed to those arrangements. We try to always be as clear and transparent as possible so no sides have any negative surprises. We have now emailed organizer to check whether communication between themselves and guests have failed and how this can be avoided so everyone is satisfied with their stay. I am sorry to hear that you were not happy about food served during your group's dinner. Unless some group has specific food expectations, we do offer our standard choices for almost every group and this is the first time we have received negative comment about standard of the food.
