I was told at check in that breakfast was not included even though the company I work for always book bed and breakfast. £12 if I wanted eat. Staff were unhelpful basically saying its your problem not ours. The room was basic but ok apart from being very cold, the only form of heating was a very loud AC unit blowing tepid air even on max temperature. The ''bathroom' was like a plastic capsule, very strange, although the shower was hot and powerful.

Disappointing for the money. Felt like student digs. The room was very claustrophobic and the bathroom felt like a portacabin. I was worried about tripping on the step up to the bathroom and the bathroom door was noisy, so I worried about waking everyone up in the night. The bathroom smelt of the drains and I got hurt in the shower (the shower head was difficult to relocate in the holder and it went flying). On the plus side, the staff were helpful and pleasant. I'll stick to Premier Inn in future. It may be further from the station, but it's comfortable, spacious and has a proper restaurant if I want food.
