I stay at this hotel all the time and it's always met my expectations. However my last stay was on the night before the hotel closes for some unknown reason. Normally I get a double bed however they have removed them all and replaced with 2 tiny, narrow single beds. They have also removed the kettle, mugs, tea and coffee and even the soap and shampoo dispenser in the shower. There was half a roll of toilet paper and no spare. Something is going on and I was left let down and disappointed. It's not what I booked and paid for. No kettle, tea or coffee?? No soap?? And 2 tiny single beds? That said I slept well enough as the hotel is quite quiet. All my future bookings have been transferred to the near-ish-by Novotel for no extra charge but I shall miss my regular stays at this Ibis.

No problems. The restaurant was closed so I could not get an evening meal and I left before breakfast started. The choc-aux-pain was therefore gratefully received.

I based myself at the Ibis East Rugby for 5 nights and Kamil and the team could not have been more helpful. My room was comfortable and quiet with great internet access for my work. The location is easily accessible to get to places by car. I opted for breakfast each morning with choice of juices, healthy options, pastries and cooked breakfast with many hot beverages. Unfortunately the restaurant was not open for three of my five nights there, however the night I did eat in the restaurant it was a good selection of foods. The bar is open 24/7. They also play a role in sustainability with you being able to opt not to have cleaning each day; If you are an Accord member you can receive points to your account if you choose this option. I may need to return to the area again and I will choose this Ibis again.

Hotel staff are great and rooms are ok apart from the bed which is not great …lost alot of sleep ..never have this issue in a travelodge, better beds and ditch the mattress topper. Cctv needs improving to cover all the car park and a automated barrier to improve security(van attempted theft on day 1). Breakfast is great apart from 1 two slice toaster between everyone(really) and its poor,….bread is stale due to being left open. Minor things.
