Hotel staff are great and rooms are ok apart from the bed which is not great …lost alot of sleep ..never have this issue in a travelodge, better beds and ditch the mattress topper. Cctv needs improving to cover all the car park and a automated barrier to improve security(van attempted theft on day 1). Breakfast is great apart from 1 two slice toaster between everyone(really) and its poor,….bread is stale due to being left open. Minor things.

Everything was to a very good standard. The only problems we had were the horribly bright led ceiling light by the door, which really affected the darkness of the room, the incredibly air-filled pillows and the temperature, which even in October, was too warm for us who like it on the cool side. Customer service and cleanliness were great and the room had everything we needed.

Refurbished rooms very comfortable and quiet. Breakfast satisfactory. Several complaints about the dinner. Quirky menu was only presented to us a few days before the event
