my friend and I booked this hotel as it was the nearest with available rooms for the date of a colleagues wedding at the Holiday Inn close by. the room was lovely with all amenities required, the reception staff were exceptionally polite and helpful, would stay again should the need arise again. excellent value for money

A very warm welcome considering my late arrival an easy checking in and a very quiet warm room with comfortable beds the hotel staff are very welcoming and thoughtful my daughter and I had a wonderful stay the only bad bit was the amount of swearing by a party of men and women in the late afternoon in front of my daughter .

I have stayed at this hotel every week for the last 18 months. All staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are always clean. The bar and restaurant are always very welcoming.

Pleasant & helpful staff set in a modern environment and plenty of parking. The room was clean and functional with plenty of power points. I only had breakfast but there was a good choice and plenty of it at a reasonable cost.

Car park is a joke

Room and food ok. Car park however was not. I have today received a bill for £200 as the car park is privately owned. The vehicle details were entered into a computer at reception however car park company says it wasn't. Customers should be protected from this scam. Definitely will not be staying here again.

As Usual the overall standard is good, staff are polite, friendly and experienced the only slight negative i have on this visit was that there was apparently a 45 minute wait for food at 7.00pm, having said that I was advised of this and therefore chose to eat in Crick village

Comfortable clean rooms, food in the restaurant is cheaper and better than a lot of 4 star hotels. Close to M1 so it’s also very convenient.

Overnight stay for business - needed the internet but was told it wasn't working with no offer of help or alternative or apology. Meant we had to leave the hotel to find WiFi and then return. I appreciate this may be beyond the fault of the staff but to not even be apologised to for the inconvenience was disappointing. No welcome drink vouchers were offered at check in despite being gold members of the loyalty programme. When asked for we were questioned as to wether we were members and then when we tried to use vouchers at the bar we were told it was one drink to be shared between the three guests - we questioned this and eventually got a drink each. Not a very welcoming stay but room was clean and comfortable.

Have stayed with you on many occasions at Crick more recently direct and not via an agent However Saturday night was awful due to the very rattling heating system which really upset my rest I did report it Breakfast very good Room good although the drain smelt in the hand basin probably needs a flush out

Very pleased...booked in for one night as we were at a funeral...the day we were goin back to france and had booked for another night my husband was ill so had to book in for another two nights...The staff were most helpful assisisting us...the only complaint were kids running up and down the corridor at ten at night...Also bit of bleach in the wash basins wouldn,t go amiss ...bit smelly but other than that excellent...

First night was amazing, modern updated rooms, really comfortable. Second night was spoilt by neighbouring guests, shouting, loud music until early hours of the morning (3am) which turned into a domestic argument and them banging on the walls so hard that the room shuddered every time they did this. Informed reception in person as phones in rooms were not connected.

Convenient, functional and comfortable, let down by night time plumbing noises and dirty crockery.

The hotel met all our needs for convenience and functionality. The room had everything we needed. However it was severely let down by intermittent noise during the night, which seemed to be caused by plumbing, and dirty crockery. The latter left an extremely poor impression of importance placed on attention to detail and perhaps less obvious lack of care. Disappointing as the hotel scores very highly otherwise. Howevert such things mean I will think twice before booking Ibis again.
