From the moment we set foot in the door at Sofitel Legend Grand Hotel we were pampered. We were offered a drink promptly and greeted with enthusiasm. More than we had experienced even at a 5 star hotel in Interlaken. This was a much better value too. Most memorable was the helpful front desk staff. We had gone to the Rijks Museum and one of our purchases didn’t get placed in our bag. We were at a loss how to retrieve it as only ticketed museum guests could get to the museum. Emma came to our rescue. She spent a fair amount of time on the phone explaining to the Museum staff our problem. She took care of everything. All we had to do was go to the museum to pick up our purchase (a delightfully cute crocheted bear). Now my daughter has her bear. Thank you, Emma!! We will definitely go back to the Sofitel.

Enjoyed a one night stay in the Grand, which is fantastic 5 star hotel. We were greeted with a nice drink and brought to our suite by Carlos the butler. A very nice start to a very nice evening in the hotel. Our suite wat very nice. Very spacious and clean. We had a reservation at Bridges, the restaurant. But first some delicious cocktails made by Remy, the restaurant manager. One of the best espresso martinis I had. The dinner at Bridges was absolutely outstanding. The food was top of the range and the wine pairing was perfect. Roos and Ari were amazing telling us about the wine and food. Will definitely be back!

We were booked in for a two night visit. The hotel is in a beautiful building. The staff are fantastic, all of whom display outstanding customer service.

We had a 4 night stay and highly recommend Legend The Grand. The concierge service was 5 star+. Jonathan was very helpful as were others. The breakfast buffet was really breakfast and lunch for us and it was 5 star gourmet from the gourmet chefs at The Bridges restaurant. Location is excellent.
