Amazing Stay!

I told staff that this was likely our last night away before having our fourth baby. They amazing upgraded us to a suite, left us a sweet card and a plate of goodies and the next day when they found out I got engaged they waived our parking fee and congratulated me. Absolutely amazing experience, room was beautiful and late night room service was delicious! Will definitely stay again!

Great location within walking distance to concert. Told parking spots still available but there wasn’t. Had to pay and park in a public car park and walk back to hotel with bags. Room was about 85% clean.

With in an hour of being in the room I wanted to rip my eyes out they got so itchy and red from the dust in the room. I moved the beds it looked like they hadn't been vacuumed under them for a very long time it was disgusting. The dust built up above all picture frames and TV was so bad. Also the little setting area in between the wardrobes was the same. I was horrified I manage and look after accommodation in the Lake Macquarie area and I would not allow a room to get like this. 27 years in hospitality for accommodation and I could not believe this. The room there self are beautiful and the cleaning is the down fall.
