I arrived at the hotel at around midnight as previously informed: I rang the two numbers displayed, rang the bell and stayed for about 30 minutes until someone answered. The same situation happend on the last time I was there The same thing happened about a month ago. Then the room code didn't work. The light in the room didn't work and a lamp was installed to help. Coincidentally, the last time I was in the hotel, I was in the same room and the light was no longer working. People making noise after midnight and nobody cares. For the price We pay, We deserve much, much better service. I frequent several IBIS and this is without doubt the worst of them all.

After to inform my arrival will be at 23h30 during booking, the automate was not able to deliver the key as the system was out of service with a paper sticked to ask to call a number. Nobody on line on the 2 phone numbers found in the corridor or paper for assistance, all entry door was open. After 1h to try to found someone or to have a someone on line, I decided to go out and sleep somewhere else on the road / car. I called the hotel on Monday morning for explanation, they ask me to send to them a mail what I did. Since no reply but room charged on my credit card.

This hotel should be removed from the Accor brand site if you do not provide support to this hotel. Arriving Berlin for the 1st time and knowing that I am arriving late and found a mins Accor hotel was a bonus but this turned to a nightmare. No reception after 11pm, no understandable instruction in englisg, no Mobile signal, front desk machine not working, instruction in front desk not OK, everything was bad, experience was bad. I had to stand confused on what to do for a good while, called Accor premium support and was told that they are not allowed to contact this hotel as they are not part of the loyalty scheme /or part of the brand - I didn't even understand the guy on the phone but buttom line - he is not allowed to contact this hotel. 10hrs of travel and being in this mess was bad. Told to book another hotel at the time (after midnight) - not good. Please remove this from you brand if you don't support them. This experience is bad for business. Final had to make an international call to this number and was given a code and told the systems are not working, payment in the morning. I had to check out in the morning because I had the worst experience and sleep ever recorded in my travel history. Sorry - but not good, including not being able to use the toilet. A good toilet cleaner will help the room I was issued. Unfortunately - not a good experience with this choice of mine.
