I have found the hotel in Google maps searching for "Ibis hotel". Booked directly on its internet site . As suggested by email, tried 'online check in' but got wrong information, so i didn't. Automatic check in at the entrance to the hotel, a d all the rest of the stay was better than expected.

Ibis Budget Genshagen is an extremely clean, no frills hotel. Rooms are clean, small, everything you need is there. No frills, nothing too fancy, just what you need. I particularly like the fact that the toilet is seperate and not located in your bathroom (hygiene!). You don't even find that in the most expensive Hilton/Fairmont hotels.

Reception helpfull, free parking, MC Donalds next door, decent room. But I found one cockroach on the wall. Fortunately she was very slow, so I killed her very quickly. Other than that was fine.

I've been using this hotel for 20 years. Unfortunately. If I stay 3 nights then I can't pay for breakfast if I don't want to eat it last morning :( I have to pay every morning:(

The man at the counter was not pleasant at all we felt not as guests that pay his wage but rather as intruders he needs to get rid off as soon as possible. During breakfast 7.30-8.00 he was rushing us to leave before 8.00 - very rude.

As all Ibis Budget hotels this one was great stop in our long journey. Compact room but you got everything you need to recover. Basic breakfast but very tasty and fresh. Helpfull staff and good car park with plenty of space.

A room with comfy beds, clean sheets and relatively quiet surroundings. Amazing how you can avoid the noise from the A10 if you keep the windows shut. We have stayed in Genshagen a couple of times. I'm convinced we will choose Genshagen again. I loved the "polished" hard-boiled eggs on the break-fast table. In all: value for money.

I always take this one (in Genshagen), i'm traveling with the dogs and there is no probleme for the hotel. Also the hotel is clea and very nice people in the reception, helpful and smiling
