Was a pain having to wait for a person to check in. Auto check-in was broken and has been for months. Room was clean and tidy, what you would expect.

locaton very good, room quite clean however soap under the bathroom was not refilled during service , also wooden parts on the bed had some stains on it which i had to clean myself. service at the reception desk generated my invoice wrongly , i asked them 2 times to correct it and also i left proper address data 2 times (once for man once for woman) and they promised to me that they will correct it and send by mail but that did not happen. Also wifi was not working at all

I enjoyed my stay and will stay here again should the need arise. Carmen at reception is amazing and so hard working. Outstanding employee. She takes pride in her work and ensures everything is perfect. I hope this organization appreciates her in every way. She is amazing . The cleaning ladies are also great and work very hard.My only negative comment concerns the outdoor spaces, the parking lot especially which is a disaster area filled with cigarette buds and trash. That should be addressed. Perhaps outsourcing this service would make sense since the staff already has their hands more than full.
