Our room carpet was dirty, even though it’s been hoovered but there’re stains. window was facing the main road so we had to close the window for the noise, room was small and hot, the Air condition didn’t seem to work properly, overall it’s good value for the location 10 minutes walk to Leverkusen train station and centre. All their staffs were very friendly and helpful, really appreciated for all their helps and service.

Great access to the KolnMesse and nice clean hotel room. The staff were nice but the hotel was unstaffed for periods during the day. Rooms neat but a bit tight. No air circulation in the bathroom. The breakast was very poor and the same everyday. Not worth the price to be honest.

Terrific value for money, we stayed for 2 nights as we were there for a match. Spotless rooms, beds comfortable and rooms lovely and warm. Receptionist went above and beyond regarding customer service despite the fact it was really busy with check ins.
