Great stay, so close to the tower and metro and some lovely bakeries. We loved the convenience. We could even see the Eiffel Tower tip from our room which the kids enjoyed, beds were comfortable and we felt really safe in the area, would stay here again

It was a brief stay and I asked for late checkout on 2 rooms. Housekeeping came early and started cleaning though we had not checked out and refused to let people in. I had to go to the front desk about 5 times to straighten this out. Terrible communication. Rudeness and just uncalled for. No real apology and nothing to compensate. Terrible service.

Taking advantage of the opinion, I would like to see how you can help me, since today, July 18, I checked out at 6:00 am, and I forgot my eyeglasses in the safe. Great location, short walk to Eiffel Tower

We booked a room with an Eiffel Tower view. We didn’t see the bottom of the Eiffel Tower, but were able to see the top of the Eiffel Tower and the fireworks on Bastille Day. Room is small and had only a Queen bed.
