Great location, hot and dirty room

This hotel has a great location and the staff was friendly. The ac did not work and the room was dirty. Went downstairs at 1 am first night and said ac wasn’t working and it was hot. Was given a fan and told to turn off the ac because it was in ‘winter mode’ still. Turned off ac. Used fan. Woke up at 5 am sweating and went to front desk again. Was told I couldn’t be moved to another room and given another fan. The next night we decided to just use the top sheet to cover up with. We pull the top sheet off and there are hairs all over the fitted sheet. The bathroom was also small and stunk. There were pieces of toenails on the bathroom floor

It seems that diamond members are not treated as they deserve. Reception desk doesn't know anything about our priviledges and benefits. It is a shame!!

It was so hot during the day without AC in Room

The temperature reached 27c during the day in Paris last week, and when we asked the hotel to activate the AC, they said it’s winter time and not working! They gave us a small fan and said this is the only solution! This is not acceptable and the room was also so small!

Really enjoyed our 1 night stay, comfy bed, nice view of the Eiffel tower which is a 2min walk, a yummy breakfast, staff seem friendly and helpful. Nothing bad to say about it. Thank you and we plan to return 1 day soon

It was noisy because of the renovation We went home 5 am and it's already noisy early in the morning Unfortunately because of this renovation we can not sleep
