The door to the bathroom in our room was damaged and needed repaired and painted. The door handle fell off the door with another in our group and the were placed in another room. For American tourists, there is no bottled water in rooms.

The sheets were dirty. The shampoo ended, I talked to 5 people (cleaning, front desk, phone...) and it took 2 days to arrive a new one (I bought a shampoo to solve the problem). The hairdryer didn`t work. The towels are poor. The gym is really bad. Check in complicated if you arrive after a tour group. Breakfast is good. People are polite.
