Disappointing as my first greeting at the Hotel was at the front entrance when I was told I hadn’t booked parking so would have to go park somewhere else. Nowhere when I was booking on the app did I see I had to book parking! Then we were told twice by front desk (who at least did try to help) to claim a staff park with a cone in it once staff had left work, only to find someone else had claimed the spot. It was my wedding anniversary and it was unnecessarily stressful!

We like Novotel because the staff are fantastic, the rooms are clean, good location and breakfast is always great. However, the restaurant dinners are never very good which is a shame as everything else is great! We will always choose Novotel but we will dine elsewhere for dinners.

Very dissatisfied had to park in casino car park lug all my gear back to hotel and then needed to leave early and roller door in car park entrance was closed a lot of unnecessary mucking around for me not what I expect when paying $450 a night for accommodation Totally unacceptable

All the staff we had interactions with were amazing, esp the weekend breakfast crew. The location was great, close to a nice mall and lots of dinner options. We had free parking by the river for 2 nights, then one night at the skycity carpark next door, both options were easy to park. Only downside was the cleanliness of the room. The bathroom was spotless but the main area had remnants of previous guests on the floor (youghurt top and straw, not vacuumed), also a coffee spill that hadnt been cleaned. Overall we were happy and would stay again.

We love staying here withing walking distance to the shops. The buffet breakfast exceeded our expectations. My only complaint is we booked and paid for early check in but as we didn't arrive till around midday instead of 9am when it should have been available, we feel they gave the room to someone else, and we were late getting ready for our cheerleading competition.
