We are never disappointed when we stay here. Service is always with a smile. Rooms are modern clean and comfortable, food and drinks always lovely. This time was our 20th wedding anniversary and they went the extra mile and supplied complimentary bubbles and nibbles and decorated our bed with petals and swans shaped into a love heart. Additionally as it’s Easter, they left an Easter bunny in the room. Superb. Thank you to all the staff that quietly work in the background to make moments special .

The room's location in the hotel (room 101) meant that when the curtains were open, people could easily see into the room from the foyer past the lifts. As such, I couldn't open the curtains for privacy reasons.

No memory foam pillows and no bottled water on arrival. Long wait to check out. Online check -in seems to be pointless as we had to wait at the desk on arrival to register a credit card even though the room was pre-paid. Otherwise everything was up to standard.
