Really enjoyed the stay at Novotel in Hamilton, great location, comfortable rooms, and had everything I needed. Only feedback I'd have is the free parking onsite at the back is used by non-hotel guests, which makes it difficult to find a park. I'd recommend fencing this off, or putting a tow away sign, and then charging $20 per night for parking "on-site" (non-valet). People can still leverage the free street parking around Hamilton for overnight parking if they don't want to pay the $20, but it would avoid all the non hotel guests taking away our parking, which is very unfair, and still provides ease and convienence to those who are willing to pay the $20.

I am a frequent traveller around the country and this has to be one of the greatest hotels I've had the pleasure of visiting. The valet parking was very easy to navigate, the rooms were immaculate, the bed is comfortable and the restaurant was delicious. Your service was probably the highlight for me. Whomever does your valet service was lovely as were the cleaners making their rounds. I was truly impressed.
