Room was nice. No restaurant or room service on a Saturday night. Very odd. Had to settle for a snack from the service station opposite.

As a professional cleaner it was hard to ignore the state of the building and unit, carpets had seamen marks everywhere, behind the doors around the handles heavily soiled hand marks, black mould in hvac vents, windows had mould spore growth, finger marks light switches thick, phone didn’t work so I couldn’t speak to room service or when I did go down to the bar / restaurant the both were unattended during opening / happy hours, 2 nights out of 4 didn’t replace towels just hung them back up still heavily wet. Main lobby smelt like cheap toilet spray, staff was friendly and nice. But due to hygiene and state of property I won’t be returning and will most likely stay at ridges next time for the next cleaning and restoration course

the manager the time we booked in was fantastic, extremely helpful as we had no accommodation to start with. Am a regular pass through Sydney and have stayed elsewhere will change to here. Thankyou
