Very good check in and parking. Room was tired and not quite to the standard I was expecting.

Room right next to elevator shaft

I stayed in room 325 and the room was next to the elevator shaft. It is the premium room at the hotel but the noise from the lift shaft all night kept me up all night!

on the negative. The dinning room was closed so no options for dinner when i arrived. The air conditioner was too cold, even when i turned it up to 28 degrees it made no difference. On the positive the staff were very friendly, parking was easy and convenient room was clear and comfortable breakfast was good. with a variety of options

Needs a renovation

I’ve stayed at this hotel for 35 nights in the last 2 years. It’s a great location being very central but the hotel is in need a major renovation. This is the second time that my Accor status hasn’t been recognised at the hotel despite calling and emailing to add my membership details.
