Nice room. But not very private. Opposite side of the street are offices, who look straight into your room. Lots of noise in the evening, as there is a rooftop disco? on top of the building opposite. I will not come back.

The location of this hotel is excellent. So close to walk for shopping, grand place and lots of restaurants. Saint Katherine metro just a few minutes walk away. We walked when arriving from central station and took just over 10 minutes. Reception friendly and an easy check in. Hotel is very clean. The rooms are very spacious and had a comfortable sleep each night. Fridge in the room but no spoons. Only issue was the dated TV, the HDMI/USB slots in the wall were loose didn't work. Checked previous reviews and this has been mentioned before but clealy not been addressed by the hotel. Would stay here again.

We are really disappointed, as this is the third time we have stayed at this hotel — we even spent an entire week here before. During our last visit, we wanted to enjoy the pool after our 11 a.m. check-out, but we were not allowed to do so. I don’t understand why.
