Close to Metro, Service to be improved

Location good, next to metro exit. However, There’s no toothbrush and toothpaste in the room. When we asked the receptionist, he said ‘we don’t have, check the vending machine yourself’ which was rather impolite. And the price of a disposable toothbrush at the machine was 5 euro. It’s unbelievable the most basic daily cares aren’t provided given that it’s a 3 star hotel. Not to mention the service quality of the staff.

The room was a little dark and has only 2 outlets. When we arrived there were left behind food and drinking bottles (maybe) from previous guests but the rest were neat and clean. This made my husband upset and wanting to transfer another hotel. But since we arrived late, and the kids were very tired, we just stayed. It would have been nice if there was a kettle in the room. We booked for 4 people but there were only 3 towels prepared. Good thing we brought our own. On a brighter side, the location is next to the metro. The staff are friendly. There are restaurants nearby, laundry and mini grocery. The cost of our stay is within our budget. Our whole stay was OK but not really great. In the future, I might still consider staying here due to its location.
