clean, small, would have liked some decaf coffee and maybe some more toiletries, the conditioner pump didnt work (had brought my own so no drama) and the lifts were so slow!!! The queue to be seated at breakfast was so long and took ages, why couldnt we just find our own seats? Breakfast was delicious. I struggled to work out the wifi but got there after help from reception.

A reasonable place to stay in central Sydney. We stayed in a family room, although not all that family friendly, it was ok for us.

Baggage handling and customer service was good, however there was a smell on level 5 (dampness) and no drinking water in any rooms

We stayed for two nights before heading off on a train adventure. After arriving from Vancouver we ended up quite early to hotel, 10am. We were able to store our luggage and were checked in by noon. Lovely staff. Lots of coffee shops and restaurants close by. George street is an easy one to follow and find interesting sights. Very good service.
