Especially the bathrooms. Ceilings in bathroom was filthy. But overall the bathroom was tired.

Always need to follow up with front desk to have receipts emailed for work receipts! Very annoying

Room Service Disappointing

I ordered room service and felt very rushed placing my order. The guy on the phone (I didn't get his name) seemed very keen to get me off the phone and didn't seem too interested in what i was saying. Of course when the room service arrived, there was no drink and no salt and pepper (whixh i had specifically requested). Not a big deal, but a little disappointing. Burger was good though, so that's something! Also, the rooms are a little tired and need a refresh...
