Weeks later and we still cannot get over our amazing experience at Pullman Dubai Creek City Centre! Our homeschool community held our Commencement Exercises at their Tawasul Hall, and it was indeed memorable for all of the children and families. I have personally dealt with Ms IMELDA with the rest of the organizing parents, and I can say she has exceeded my expectations in their service delivery. They granted our humble request for Unlimited Coffee and some pastries during the ceremony, they offered the Kalimat Hall complimentary as a lounge for those with small children since it was not booked anyway, the banquet staff were also very polite and efficient, the food was delicious and more than enough! On top of all these, we were also offered group discount for hotel stay hence 20+ families booked rooms; some overnight and some for two nights like my family. Our hotel stay was another wonderful experience. I can honestly say that we received 5 star customer service from the front desk to the housekeeping. Even the pool staff like the lifeguards were professional, and every staff we meet even at the hallways were very polite and greeted us with a smile. It was indeed a very pleasant weekend. The breakfast buffet was also a wide selection. I am quite satisfied with Pullman and grateful for Ms Imeldaʻs help to us; she was very professional and cooperative. Will definitely come back again, either for personal or professional reasons! I highly recommend. Thank you so much!

Loved the bed and the room - a few irritating things in the room like water going down the sink very very slowly, a non slip surface on the whole of the bath which wasn’t nice to sit on and bath products out of reach however the tap was superb and filled the bath very quickly. This was a very chilled stay for me ( a lot of bath & bed! 😂). Lovely breakfast and some great room service staff! Really enjoyed my stay!!

As an ACCOR Platinum member and frequent guest of your hotel, I consider it my second home in the UAE. I have stayed in various types of rooms including executive rooms and junior suites, and have always had a pleasant experience without any complaints. This recent stay was my first time in an executive suite, as I was traveling with my wife and daughter. While my overall experience was positive and check-in went smoothly, I would like to share some observations that I believe could enhance the guest experience. Upon entering the executive suite, it seemed as though the room had not been occupied for a while. Some aspects of the room's condition suggested it was not regularly maintained to the same standard as other rooms. Here are a few specific points: 1. **Odor in the Bedroom Toilet:** There was a persistent smell, likely from the sewage system. Housekeeping addressed it promptly with air freshener, but the underlying issue might need further attention. 2. **Furniture Condition:** Several pieces of furniture, particularly the bedroom dressing table, writing desk in the living room, and the inside of the bedroom door, appeared to have been hastily polished to cover stains. 3. **Carpet Stains:** The carpets showed signs of recent cleaning, yet some stains remained visible. 4. **Wall Touch-Ups:** Parts of the walls had been repainted in small patches, which were quite noticeable. 5. **Bathroom Maintenance:** The toilet seat in the living room bathroom was broken, but it was replaced the next day. While these issues were minor and did not significantly impact my stay, they did not align with the high standards I have come to expect from your hotel. I have not attached any photos as I chose to delete them, believing these matters to be minor. However, I felt it necessary to include this feedback in the survey to help maintain the quality of your accommodations. Overall, my stay was pleasant, and the staff were as accommodating as always. I hope this feedback is helpful and will contribute to maintaining the excellent standards your hotel is known for. Thank you for your attention to these details. I look forward to my next stay.
