We stayed twice, a few days apart, and both times, our stored luggage was waiting for us in our room when we arrived in the afternoon. We got upgraded to a a lake view room with a beautiful view. It was easy to get to town (short walk - though with a hill), a cheap uber or a bus stop close by. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Great hotel.

Lake view room room was great, my room was upgraded and was very spacious! Parking was easy, laundry was easy. Staff was friendly and helpful, special thanks to Alex the Manager on Duty on the day when I checked out. This is a recommended hotel if you want great scenery and don't mind walking.

Greeted with a warm, friendly smile, it set the tone for our 4 night stay. All staff were pleasant and lovely to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble. The restaurant and bar meals were all delicious. Our room was clean and tidy, and what a view we had overlooking Lake Whakatipu!
