Amazing place to stay with truly outstanding service. The entire team was fantastic thanks to Alex for lighter A heartfelt mention to Ms. Eva at reception: her kindness and professionalism made my stay especially memorable. She delivered phenomenal service throughout. I will definitely be returning to this beautiful place.

Arrived late in the day, tired after walking the Milford Track. Front counter excellent, advice happy and helpful perfect. Room was great, went down for dinner about 7.30 and was told no room but to sit at the bar, the last thing I wanted was noise and crowds, offered a conference room by my self, thought this was strange. Ordered a drink asked about any local gins and I asked to describe what and where it was from. Told by bar staff don't know, don't drink gin so I took a gamble yes it was great still don't know anything about it. Look over the edge to the dinning room and there was several tables empty and asked again if I could have one of those a simple request and was told no. At this stage I asked for a taxi to go into town and all of a sudden a table was made available, I was tired and hungry so I stayed by this stage the food was ok but I was made to feel to rush and finish and get out so maybe I should have gone into town.

That said, your dining experience clearly fell short, and I’m sorry for the frustration this caused. Being told there was no availability, only to later be offered a table, isn’t the kind of consistency or communication we expect from our team. I also understand how disappointing it must have been to feel rushed when you were simply looking to relax and enjoy your evening. Your comments about the bar service are equally important. Our team should be able to confidently speak about our local offerings, especially when guests are interested in trying something new, and we’ll be addressing this with our staff. We truly appreciate your feedback as it highlights areas we need to improve. If you’re open to it, we’D. love the chance to provide you with a much better experience next time. Water pressure of poor and please open the gym at 6

IT IS CHARGING FOR THE PARKING IN THE HOTEL , VERY SURPRISING AND SHOCKING. THEY DO NOT PROVIDE ANY JAIN FOOD EVEN SPECIFIED AND STAYING FOR 4 DAYS. EVEN ASKING FOR HOT CHOCO POWDER IN BREAKFAST , SAYING SERVING IN ROOM ONLY !!!

As parking facilities are limited and maintained separately, a charge is applied for their use. Good staff, great views, good location. Loved the food choices as well. Thank you to your staff, much appreciated for those extras that make a big difference - such as helping to take our luggage to the taxi and allowing us to leave our luggage at the motel after checkout until we went to the airport. The restaurant staff were brilliant at helping us find solutions to mobility issues so my Mum and I could enjoy an evening meal there as well. Wonderful. Thank you again.
