A lovely rest after running the Milford track the previous day. Very good service!

Very disappointed for the amount that I paid for considering we had to wait 40minutes for the hot water to come through and waited an hour for dinner

The hotel is located in a pretty setting with mountain views which we appreciated. Overall, the stay was pleasant enough, but unfortunately the benefits didn’t quite justify the price. Our room was clean and comfortable, but looked a bit tired, making the experience feel less worth the price point. There is a lovely restaurant and view to be enjoyed.

The hotel felt very old and quite run down. The elevators sounded like they were on their last legs, and I honestly felt safer using the stairs than the elevator. There were also basic things missing, like tissues in the room. Considering the condition of the hotel, it also felt very overpriced. Overall, it didn’t feel very well maintained and could definitely use some updating.

A short getaway for a couple of nights. Hotel location is quiet. Interiors seem dated and in need of updating. Room was okay, again dated, ample room in the main bedroom area, cramped bathroom (1 person max). Lacking the modern tech features that you get is other hotels that charge the room rate.
