Dear R.D. J., Thanks for taking the time to share your experience with us. We’re really glad to hear our front desk team made a positive first impression after what must have been a long day on the Milford Track, and that you were happy with your room. That said, your dining experience clearly fell short, and I’m sorry for the frustration this caused. Being told there was no availability, only to later be offered a table, isn’t the kind of consistency or communication we expect from our team. I also understand how disappointing it must have been to feel rushed when you were simply looking to relax and enjoy your evening. Your comments about the bar service are equally important. Our team should be able to confidently speak about our local offerings, especially when guests are interested in trying something new, and we’ll be addressing this with our staff. As parking facilities are limited and maintained separately, a charge is applied for their use. We appreciate your feedback and will continue working on ensuring this information is clearly communicated to avoid any inconvenience. We also sincerely regret the inconvenience caused due to the unavailability of Jain food options during your stay. We strive to accommodate dietary requirements wherever possible, and your feedback highlights an area where we need to improve.
