Decor and fittings in the room are pretty tired. Room size is good and amenities are adequate Staff were courteous and helpful.

My third stay 3 in a row, in food service, is falling back a bit. Breakfast used to be good, 3 years ago, it was great, and last year it was average, but this year I skip the breakfast. Dinner was too good only the red meat and port ribs were up to stand, The salmon was dry and mashed which meant overcooked. I was having vege curry which came out a good size of yellow rice with a bit of something like salsa salad and a bowl of thin coconut cream with 5 pieces of quarter mushrooms and some 3-way frozen vege inside.

I recently stayed at your Queenstown property for three days over the past weekend, and I would like to express my appreciation for the wonderful experience. The service was excellent, and the staff were attentive and welcoming throughout my stay. Additionally, the beautiful scenery surrounding the hotel truly enhanced the overall experience. For my next visit, I kindly request a room on a higher floor if possible. While the view was stunning, the balcony railing slightly obstructed the view, which impacted the visual experience a little.
