Right from the welcome from Kate in reception to the team in the restaurant we were made to feel welcome and special. Our room had fantastic views of the city, was warm, spacious and comfortable - couldn’t ask for more.

Front of house staff were amazing. Accommodation was nice but bathroom extremely cramped. Wet Towel storage hung over toilet so when in use you sat amongst wet towels. No free water in fridge and not able to fill containers from sink cause of angles. No “5star” touches as experienced else where. Chocolate happy hour a lovely touch but unimaginative and a wasted marketing opportunity.
