Initially was given wrong room but the lady was very helpful rearranging the rooms from 204 to 205. As well the cleaning staff were very thorough making sure the room was ready

We stayed in the vines for 3 nights as we do every year , this is our 6th year comming to the vines . While we enjoyed it , I have to say how disappointed we were on nye , a large group of us had a dinner spent a lot of money . The bar shut at 9 and there was no entertainment for guests . As stated we have stayed numerous new years and there has always been something on. We felt like our money was taken and told to go that that was it . As we came in a group we ended up sitting outside our room to bring in the new year . Friends said they would never return over it , just shocked nothing was planned for your guests . We just felt there was no taught or no desire to enertain us and all the other paying guests . The breakfast was so bad this stay , very expensive for what was offered . Staff not as attentive as usual, some looked like they didn’t want to be there . I loved the new outdoor settings and chairs at the pool such a lovely touch.

Great place to stay in this fabulous area in Mandurah. This coupled with very accomodation which is clean and up to date. Staff are excellent which makes the overall stay excellent.

Christmas Lunch was $250 a head which at that price l thought would be very good. WRONG. Weren't put in the main room which in photos they put on their page looked totally different but in the obvious breakfast room at back of resort. Food was very ordinary and roast beef like leather but my dogs enjoyed it. Long wait when certain foods ran out and gave up waiting for hot water for a cupper. A very bored looking Santa made a visit with boxes of lollies. 2 snakes, a lollipop and 2 marshmallows. Cheapskate. Staff tried their best but were very young and inexperienced. Definitely not value for the cost and it appears my review has been taken off their page. This did really spoil our Christmas day.

Room was generous in “ room”. Very clean… bathroom was wonderful….very roomy. Balcony was lovely …very green and leafy.swimming pool was great. Restaurant was perfect.
