Easy check in with pleasant service personnel. Nice amenities, even during construction, including peaceful rooms, 2-minute walk to restaurants, access to transport and charming garden area.

Not great. Building works everywhere in an around the hotel. Restaurant was thus closed. No bar facilities.

I have been an All Accor member for quite sometime. The hotel did not tell us they were renovating. We had to drag our bags down to a makeshift reception. I took the executive floor but the mini bar was never replenished. The breakfast was not refilled I never got eggs on demand and the pancakes were cold. On the last the day 11 July at 10 am without prior warning the water was stopped while I was still in the shower. I have never felt so dissatisfied. Infact I felt I was cheated of my money. Anyway I know nothing is gonna be done as I guess this is an accepted culture.

The stay was overall a good one. But I faced allergies due to the construction around the breakfast area. The breakfast was very good, how every I could not enjoy much due to allergies.

Whilst the rooms were up to the normal and expected standard, it was somewhat disappointing that it was only when checking-in at 9.00pm I was made aware of the renovations and no restaurant or room service........it should have been highlighted at the time of booking!
