The staff in the Ibis made the stay very welcoming and pleasant. Having stayed there for about a year during my work stint, everything was excellent, from cleanliness to comfort. The staff here are very friendly and accommodating. Would highly recommend.

The toilet was leaking and making a very loud noise all night. We requested a different room for night 2 and the staff were very accommodating. The new room you could not sit on the bed against the bed head as the bed kept rolling away from the wall. Sitting on a chair to watch Bathurst was very disappointing.

We booked a room with an adjoining room for our kids. The adjoining room had absolutely NOTHING in it except 2 single beds, not even bedside tables or a lamp, it looked like a prison cell… the air con had black mould inside it too so we couldn’t use it. My husband got sick from the main room aircon not being clean, the ensuite was the smallest and most awkward designed room I’ve ever seen. Everything felt cold, so outdated and not welcoming in the slightest, I think I minesite donger would have more personality.. I wouldn’t stay again, I’m very glad we were there purely for sleeping, not to enjoy a stay at a hotel! Really disappointing. 😔

I was disappointed when going back to the room I only had 2 hand towels so had to go to reception for towel face washer and bath mat Also lamp near the bathroom is still not working It was not working last time Also bed was not made on Friday Dinner was good on the Monday night

The room was average, but it was tidy and clean in all fairness. Having said that, the moment you walked in, you were greeted by a strange scent. It felt like trapped steam had penetrated the plasterboard. To be honest, it was not particularly pleasant.

Accommodation was excellent, with 100% cleanliness inside. The tiles on the floor in the shower recess were prone to being very slippery especially after using the soap/shampoo/conditioner. For safety especially for older clients, maybe a rail to grab onto would benefit.

The rooms are very neat, clean, tidy and comfortable and only requires the furniture to be updated to match the rooms. The meals in the restaurant were very reasonably priced and very good quality. The steak with mash potatoes and vegetables was a very pleasant change from chips and salad and was part of a very nice menu that suits all tastes. The highlight was the friendly staff that makes every visit special.

Have just received Gold Membership and ALL Accor and had first stay at Ibis Geraldton. Room was well kept, clean and tidy. After spending 3 weeks travelling, enjoyed a bathroom with decent water pressure for the shower that didn't leek. Comfortable bed. And definately enjoyed the complimentary breakfast,
