I didn't end up staying as I was offered accommodation with a friend. We contacted your establishment to cancel but we were told that was not possible, therefore no refund. I shall ensure that I will let all my acquaintaenances know of your no refund policy. I won't be using your organisation again.

I encountered two different staff members both female one was Caucasian the second was Asian Both ladies were polite, professional & grate communicators.

We stayed for a weekend as a family and it is really comfortable to have separate rooms beautiful balcony overlooking the marina convenient location to shops, restaurants and really well someone accommodation
