Very disappointed with the cleanses as inside the whole area not being cleaned as window, inside cupboards (bedrooms), all floors, carpets, kitchen , oven and toaster not being cleaned at all as had burned breads n burned cakes in oven!

Everything was good except for the beds. They seem like they were two twin size beds pushed together that created a very uncomfortable center and the beds leaned to the edge. I woke up with pain in my shoulder every day. I tried the other bed and it was the same, I ended up sleeping diagonally across the bed. The room was great except the bed. The people working there were great.

We have stayed here numerous times and always happy with the staff, location and facilities though the rooms and pool are definitely showing their age

The location is great, but the accomodation is tired and in need of a revamp, carpets were old and worn and chips in tiles in the bathroom and eslewhere. There were several signs in the kitchen warning that the smoke alarms were very sensitive and a fire brigade call out would be costly. The risk of this made cooking in the accomodation almost impossible even though it was fitted out with a kitchennette, who wants to pay more than the accomodation cost in the event of a false alarm.
