We booked a 3 bed apartment . Was Lovely . Unfortunately when we checked in the floor was wet and The dishwasher was flooded which was unfortunate however the reception attended with towels to Mop Up and gave us complimentary bottle of wine as compensation . As platinum members we received welcome drinks some snacks and a late check out to enhance our stay . It was hard to me to access the 2nd floor as I have an injured leg . Next time we will stay in the newer section so I can use the elevator . Staff are friendly and kind .
