Rooms a very good. Minor detail could be better. Remote controller needs new batteries. No face flannels in bathrooms.

Main bedroom had a smashed aircon controller and part of the aircon ripped off the wall so aircon was unusable. There was short black hair spread across one of the bathroom counter tops. The kitchenette didn’t have a chopping board to cut on. The balcony had a nice table and chairs however the glass sliding door had been locked with a key and could not be opened so we couldn’t use balcony. There were dirty glasses and plates in the cupboards.

Mantra is walking distance from many restaurants and shops. The staff was friendly. The room was clean and provided everything we needed, including laundry and dish soap. The boardwalk by the marina provides amazing sunset views.

My 3rd stay and once again greeted by smiling efficient friendly reception. My apartment was immaculately clean, sheets on the very comfy bed are crisp and towels in the beautifully appointed bathroom fluffy. As Accor member I received a lovely bottle of red, some nice muesli bars and a beautiful handwritten welcome card. I didn't avail myself of the welcome looking pool but it looked enticing. Everything was perfect once again. Well done Renee and team, until next time x

Great location and beautiful view. Housekeeping and Maintenance needs updating. The lift is as bad as reviews state. Absolutely needing attention, stinks due to dirty carpet? Halls need a good clean, carpet and walls. 4 x night stay and no Housekeeping refresh?
