We stayed 3 nights. Harbour view was fantastic, balcony great though had a pigeon nesting behind the air con and lots of pigeon poop! General condition of room was run down, carpets old and stained, bathrooms need a thorough scrubbing. And the old stained brown couch had ridiculous lumps in it, sitting was not pleasant! Bed linen was great. An improvement would be to add an outdoor couch so that we can enjoy the balcony view more.

Stayed for 2 nights. Found the room air balance to be terrible, you could hear the air howling through the door from about 20 metres away unless the window was open. That didn't matter much on the second night as we lost power for the remainder of our stay. The check in was good, checkout was good - the staff did their best under the circumstances. I will likely stay again, having stayed previously with great experiences. The rooms were well appointed and clean. The views were great and close to many local amenities. My only 2 issues were above, had I stayed in the room longer I would have asked to have the air balance sorted but as I was visiting family time in the room was limited.

Disappointed. First room we were allocated was poorly prepared and very dirty. The reception changed our room which was much cleaner and better prepared. The extraction fans in the toilets and showers (both rooms) did not work.
