We were disappointed with the state of the rooms (we booked three apartments)., exhaust fan didn’t work, two bath towels in one room and only one in another room. Carpet was threadbare in places. The kitchen table was propped up with paper towel, the dishwasher hadn’t been emptied in one of the rooms. In another room, crockery and cutlery was missing meaning that not all guests had access to what they needed. No face cloths.

Check in around 7pm, which slightly ahead the reception closing time. A bit rush for us driving all the way from Perth. The room is big, kitchen have lots of dinning set and the shampoo & body soap is nice. We can see that the hotel is a bit old and the facilities are a bit old. There are many dust on the insect net beside the window.

Remote controller for an A/C was Missing. One of the toilets was running and caused noise all night. Mosquitoes in the top room, no spray. Spa not operational. If this hotel gets some competition location-wise I think it will be forced to update. Facilities just somewhat tired.
