The room was old. Sticky stains on the floor. Paint peeling off the walls. Calcification through the showers. The light on the air conditioner panel could not be turned off. The bed was lumpy and so soft that you felt like you were sitting on the floor. Not 4 star standard. Not even Accor standard. Deeply disappointed

We have stayed at the Mantra for several years now and sadly the price for the appartments has risen to a very high nightly price but the accomodation standards has dropped . The flooring is stained bathrooms have mould and general cleanliness poor.

Previously stated in a 2 room apartment overlooking the marina. This time stayed in 3 room apartment, it was much older and run down. Positives: more secure, all rooms had air con, Not so positive: run down, curtains need fixing, bath time need minor repairs.

Office staff was helpful. No face-washers in shower. Could not access Netflix, etc. Dining chairs wrong height for dining table.
