Very poor service, or no service at all. The hotel staff told me if you are not staying for more than 4 days then they don't provide any service, so $600 per night you get no room service.

We’re really sorry to hear that your experience with our service did not meet expectations, especially given the nightly rate—you’re absolutely right to expect a higher standard. To clarify, our housekeeping service is scheduled for longer stays, which may not have been clearly communicated at the time of your booking or check-in. We understand how this could feel disappointing and inconvenient, and we apologise for any frustration caused. Please know that additional servicing can be arranged upon request, and we will be reviewing how we communicate this to ensure it’s clearer for future guests. We’re glad you enjoyed the location, particularly the Harbour View apartments, but we regret that the service aspect impacted your overall stay. Your feedback is important and will help us improve. We hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a much better experience in the future.

A big thank you to Management for follow up on returning my work documents left in the room. The LIFT needs a major overhaul - it is filthy and claustrophobic - new carpet, clean walls and a mirror would give it a good facelift

Handy location, great staff, room was clean and well appointed, bed was comfortable, just didn’t go much on our view unfortunately, but we only came back to the room to sleep.

Cannot complain about the view, but the furniture was disgusting. I could not sit on the lounge it was so filthy, and the main bed would have to be the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in. The carpet was also pretty bad, glad I brought disposable slippers with me!
