The bed was very uncomfortable and very noisy. It was impossible to get out of bed without waking your partner. There was only one chair in the room and no table to sit at. We could not get the TV to work on local stations until the next morning when we were leaving. There are no instructions of how to operate the TV. We clicked the Welcome on the TV and all it did was welcome us. No complimentary biscuits provided. No complimentary toiletries other than a bottle attached to the wall containing shower wash, shampoo & conditioner all in one. Our room only had one face washcloth for 2 people.

The TV didn't work properly. Initially worked on some stations but not others, then the sound dropped out, then couldn't access free to air channels for most of my stay. Spoke to receptionist who came and had a look but couldn't do anything. She advised that reception is poor. The shower head was partially blocked. This was already a water saver head so with half of the jets blocked it was difficult to have a proper shower. I had to keep moving around to wash off soap. On the last day the room service staff removed used floor and hand towels but didn't replace them

Found the room to be very basic. Stayed three nights, no housekeeping done on weekends so towels not changed, hard to get dry before using again as not enough hanging space to air them. Phone in room by the bed but no power point for connection? Desk for computers etc, again no power points here except for the one the TV is plugged into.
