Great staff, good food, clean room with good hot shower. The rooms do need updating and once this is done it will be a very good indeed. Good stay with easy access to Geraldton and Port areas. Didn't manage breakfast due to the work schedule and leaving too early in the morning but the packed lunch prepared for me was very good. Evening meals were served quickly by very friendly staff and were good quality. Overall an enjoyable stay

Way over priced for what the room was also restaurant wouldn't cater for special needs also staff in the morning where down right rude when I asked for some milk

Jodey (?) took my call when we were only 1 hour away and really looked after us. She gave us the best upgrade (My Accor benefit) she could find, but to me it was the genuine feeling of care and consideration the whole team exuded that made it rate. The Meal was delicious, and the beer was cold and crisp. Fellow travellers' steak was good also, apparently. Clean and comfortable, great staff.

Rooms were very dirty, aircon smelt, toilet door didn’t close, shower fills up with water & very noisy ( other tenants) Definitely need to be updated & cleaned
