Love the location which is close to the town but not noisy. Even you can still hear some noise from the rooms nearby who has children around. But we didn't get the room cleaning on the second day, we left the room around 10.30am and came back with surprise. Stayed here three years ago and nothing changed.

We stayed at Ibis Geraldton on 29 December 2025 and were unfortunately disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. There was a noticeable gap around the door and a significant amount of dirt and dust inside, to the point it was visibly picked up on our feet. This is well below the standard we’ve come to expect from Accor hotels. While management acknowledged the feedback and apologised, no resolution or compensation was offered for the experience. Hopefully this is addressed for future guests, but based on this stay, the overall experience did not meet expectations.

Staff were great and enjoyed the restaurant for dinner and breakfast. Found the bed a bit hard and surprised there were no tissues.
