I had a very large man bust into my room while I was laying on my bed at night because he thought it was his, he got three large steps inside. I was harassed to drink with a man 3 doors down from me, on three seperate occasions, he asked me multiple times until I got angry. The man was not someone I could go up against, being visibly stronger than me. The thought of Telling the receptionist made me uncomfortable, seeing she was tired and also in no position to defend me… I can’t expect her to do anything on my behalf. I chose to stay in my room until he slept, but then I couldn’t get my laundry done before leaving the next day and everything was wet. It’s not your fault, but I do think that men should not be allowed to leave the door ajar so they can come back later. I didn’t realise my sensor lock didn’t shut properly and I had only just come back before he busted through the door. I also think that people should be made sure they have a working phone in their room, mine didn’t work. And also a plan if they did get harassed or unwanted behaviour. I won’t come back purely because of safety reasons.

I stayed overnight for work. The staff were really friendly and professional. The door to the toilet didn't shut properly and the small coffee table didn't appear to be cleaned - had sticky spots. Bed was comfy and other amenities were fine.

1 night stay whilst travelling through. Front of house service was great at all times we interacted with them. Restaurant for dinner and breakfast was clean & tidy and staff were attentive. Dinner was for 17 ppl and majority of meals were great, although a couple were not up to standard, i.e overcooked chicken parmigiana. Room quality was very poor with large sections of paint peeling off roof and walls, holes in walls and roof, electronic door locked failed after first use (required new batteries). Bathroom was clean & tidy, bed linen was clean and tidy Room furniture was quite old and in need of updating.

Our accommodation was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was great. Staff were lovely. For holiday makers I’d suggest giving the rooms an upgrade in furnishings and a little modernising. But for a quick overnight stay it was sufficient.

Booked last minute one night. Fully booked out in the Queen rooms and had to book a standard. Receptionist was super fast and nice. Room was average... mostly clean, some rubbish under bed, bathroom fan horrendously noisy, lights on outside all night and no blackout curtains, pillows were horrific. Towels were thin and shower was in the dark. Water pressure was good, basically everything was fine but basic, parking was perfect. Check in and check out was super easy.

the pool was great for the kids apart from the rubbish laying around, the toilets that didn't get cleaned as the toilet had been unflushed for days as the smell was horrendous. The staff at reception were very nice and helpful. The room was semi cleaned when we went in the first day, the floors still felt dirty and gritty, the coffee cups were dirty. The 2nd day the beds were made and new towels but the same coffee cups were still dirty and had been just turned back over instead of being washed or replaced and the floors still felt gritty and dirty. The third day the room wasn't touched by the cleaning staff, we had to ask for new towels and new coffee cups, the fourth day was the same as the room wasn't touched by the cleaning staff, we had to ask for new towels again. The fifth day we checked out, the hotel really shouldn't be classified as a resort but a 1980's Motel with a semi paint job, the photos online certainly catfish you into thinking it is better than it is.

One of the better hotels in Geraldton, with a great swimming pool. The food is excellent with guests being able to choose what they would like from an extensive menu, even making sure the eggs were cooked to my liking. Highly recommend the Ibis Styles Geraldton especially for Accor Plus members.
