good location, old outdated rooms, over priced meals in restaurant outdated tv systems

I have stayed at the ibis numerous times now for work, and to be honest the only reason I stay there is because they have microwaves. The staff are always delightful and helpful. The rooms are extremely old and dated, but very clean. The tv's desperately need to be updated to smart tv's so people can enjoy some Netflix or other streaming services when they are settling in for the night. This makes a big difference to the experience. This was the first time i ate at the restaurant, and the food was good. But when you compare to other venues in Geraldton that provide food of the same standard, it was very over priced, and a barrier to eating there. All of that said, i will continue to stay at the Ibis, because i enjoy the convenience of having a microwave when on work trips.

Well located, very accomidating (told them we had a trailer and they put us in a room next to the oversized parking).

Very good. The Lady at reception was very nice and helpful. I got in late and she helped me with an Accor login and takeaway from the restaurant.

Great last minute stay

We were able to secure the last room last Saturday night in Geraldton, The room was clean and fresh and we were happy to rest our heads there for the evening after a long day of driving. The two single beds were on wheels and moved whenever you roll over in bed. It night have been more comfortable if they had brakes. The room was clean and the Reception service was friendly.
