Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback. I want to clarify the situation regarding your booking. The rate booked was a non-cancellable/non-refundable rate, which is priced lower specifically because it doesn't carry the flexibility of a standard rate. This applies regardless of the channel it's booked through — had this same rate been booked via booking.com or any other platform, the same non-cancellable terms would have applied. A fully flexible, cancellable rate was available as an alternative at the time of booking for guests who may need to change their plans, and this is always explained to guests at booking. When your itinerary changed, our team offered a one-month credit as a gesture of goodwill, even though the rate terms didn't require us to do so. I understand this didn't meet your needs, and I'm sorry it fell short of what you were hoping for. For future bookings, I'd suggest opting for the flexible rate whenever there's a chance your plans might change — it costs a little more upfront but gives you full control to cancel or amend. I do hope you reconsider in the future and choose to stay with us again.
