Found the room to be very basic. Stayed three nights, no housekeeping done on weekends so towels not changed, hard to get dry before using again as not enough hanging space to air them. Phone in room by the bed but no power point for connection? Desk for computers etc, again no power points here except for the one the TV is plugged into.

I have been using the Styles Ibis as my place to stay in Gero for many years. It has been reasonably price, clean and good service. This has changed lately, I thought the "special" which basically locked me to the Ibis was on the high side, but based on my previous experiences, ok. I put in my booking if I can please get one of the rooms towards the back, this has never been a problem, when I came there I was told nah, we give that to other customers (you're not important to us). The bed was infested with something, I could not move, so I remove bed clothes and found some blanket etc from my car. It was not comfortable. The floor was dirty and I had to wipe my feet before going to bed. There was a foul smell from the bathroom, I filled the waterlocks and kept the fan on. I will neven come back, and borderline want to report to relevant authorities.

To noisy trucks all night long lights on all night
