Our experience was amazing, staff were absolutely professional and there for all your all your needs. We were upgraded to this beautiful suite on the 50th floor, with outstanding views, you couldn’t ask for more. The only downside of the room is the shower over the bath, with such a beautiful suite you would expect a walk in shower and a separate bath.
