I have a perfect stay at Mercure. I can't complain about anything, but I have simple criticism that I would like the hotel to improve : 1) I didn't like that the room service entered the room even when I was inside, I feel that my privacy is being violated a couple of times. 2) One time I called the restaurant and asked them to bring my breakfast up to the room - they said we needed one hour, and I said okay, they neglected my request! Thank you :)

Very cold attitude of the receptionists, where they do not advise you about parking, but only offer a paid garage, although there are enough free parking lots around the hotel. Given that the hotel is quite expensive, it has no added value. A liter of bottled water at a price of 4.5 euros awaits you in your room. In the end, no one even asks you how your stay was.
