Although the room is a little small, it is meticulously clean and has all needed facilities. The location is very ideal, between the train station and old town, a few minutes walk to either place. The staffs are generally friendly as well. They provide free coffee and sparkling water in the lobby, which is very nice.

We are delighted to read that you enjoyed the comfort of your rooms and the perfect location of the hotel. Please accept our sincerest apologies if it was unclear when you reserved your rooms, however we do not boast ajoining privilege rooms which is why you were given 2 rooms facing each other. Furthermore, as a franchised Accor hotel in France, we only offer a welcome drink to the card holder who made the reservation . Hotel managers can decide otherwise and offer a welcome drink to every person in the room but it is not a requirement. We hope to be able to welcome you again in our beautiful region. A short visit to Strasbourg for business was made easy by the staff at the Mecure. Lolita on reception could not be more pleasant or helpful. She deserves praise for her welcoming smile. Great place.
