Good location. breakfast was average. the shower labels were mixed, cold was hot and hot was cold - learnt this the hard way when I nearly burnt myself.

The bar staff are fantastic… the reception staff are also great however at busy times you need to have more staff available.

Restaurant food selection very poor. Room service menu is better than Restaurant menu. Have to struggele with the staff on getting 50% dining discount for Platinum members. The attitude of staff is very poor and they trying to fault with dishes ordered so that not to provide disocunt. Not sure why no body told them that Platinum member bring significant revenue for Accor and they should listen and accomodate as much as they can. Requested Late check out the person at reception was rude - They dont know how to run a business..Accor business will be impacted beacuse the reception/restaurant staff..
