First room we were offered was very small for 2 people and it felt suffocating .We had to move out in 2mins and the receptionist was kind enough to offer us 3 other vacant rooms .The manager showed us the rooms and we selected one.This hotel needs a serious upgrade-carpets are all dilipated .Shower taps were leaking.No bottled water in rooms-When you charge people you need to live up to a certain standard.Even a one star hotel would rate better than this one.Really not worth it.

The only positive experience was the front desk staff, the were exceptional. We had a water leak in our bathroom that lasted the whole five days. It was reported on day 2 and no one came to fix it. The breakfast buffet was ok, but when the coffee machine didn’t work the manager on the desk just seemed to watch people go to the machine and try to make coffee. Only after he walked around appearing to look busy did we ask was there an opportunity to get coffee from the bar and he got it. No sign was placed on the machine to say it was out of order. The bar staff member needs to also learn some customer service skills. I waited to order some drinks as he spoke to a man about studying in Singapore and did he feel safe in Australia. Then he stared at me and I asked for my drinks and he went back to talking to the gentleman about studying in Australia compared to other countries. That’s not a good look as I felt that I was being racially prejudiced.
